My name is P. Mike Bristow and I am the owner of PMB Rentals. I am a resident of Muncie. I moved here in the mid 1970’s to attend Ball State University. I started this rental business in 1977. I lived in the first property that I purchased and have added multiple locations around the Ball State area since that time.
In over 40 years of managing properties, a lot has changed both at Ball State and around Muncie. I am confident that we can meet your housing needs in an affordable and comfortable environment.
